How can I be sure about the high quality of your services?

Do your cleaning teams work on evenings and weekends, and can I book a cleaner for let’s say Saturday ?

Sure we do! As a matter of fact, weekends are the preferred time slots by most of our customers.
Just note, that the more notice you give us the better your chances are to get a cleaner for you on the specified time and date..

How much notice do you require when a person wants to book your services?

We promise to be at your doorstep on a 12 hour notice. Although it will be better if you book the service you require, a bit earlier, so to avoid any difficulties.

I don’t feel safe letting strangers in my clients homes, how can you assure me that your cleaners are trustworthy?

We understand this can be really uncomfortable for some of you, that’s why every single one of our cleaners is fully vetted, and passed a special course of training before they start working for our company. You can be 100% sure that our cleaners won’t interfere with your routines in any way.

In which Auckland areas do you offer your services?

We cover the whole Auckland! All we need to know is your address and you can be sure our cleaning team will be there right on time.

What if my clients home isn’t cleaned the way I want?

We guarantee you’ll be completely satisfied with every clean of your home. If not, just let us know and we’ll put it right within 24 hours guaranteed, at no extra cost to you. If not, you won’t pay a cent for your service. Click here to find out more about our ‘Diamond Standard Service Guarantee’.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

We bring our own equipment and cleaning supplies to clean. Our equipment is regularly updated and kept in excellent condition.

WAIT! If you use your own cleaning supplies and equipment, does that mean you re-use the same rags and cloths on my home that you’ve used to clean another client’s home?

NO, that would be disgusting and unhygienic.

After we’ve finished cleaning for the day we go away and prepare our cleaning kits for the next day. This includes a set of fresh, washed and colour coded rags for each individual client the next day. This means we’re not lifting dirt and bacteria from one home and transferring it to another client.

What if you break something in my home? Are you properly insured?
